St. Gabriel Community Ambulance Trust was founded in April 2003 in Walvis Bay, Republic of Namibia and registered as an Association under Section 21 “Non for Gain”.
The purpose is to fill the operational gap between the State Ambulances and Private Services.
With many years of experience in pre-hospital care, realizing the low level of living standards helped to identify the needs of the community. As a result services are rendered free of charge to HIV/AIDS patients, abused women and children and the no-income members of our community. The low - income members of the community benefit from reduced rates.

The medical rescue services of St. Gabriel Community Ambulance Trust reach far beyond the town of Walvis Bay into the country at large, wherever there is a need for these services. St. Gabriel Community Ambulance Trust responds and assists to Medical Trauma Emergencies of any nature by road, sea or air, to accidents occurring on the country and desert roads.
The goal of the founder, Gabriela Teleman is to spread the wings over the country, establish bases in various areas expand and continue the ability to serve without financial prejudice.
Additional income to guarantee the fulfillment of this goal is ensured through being a medical emergency service provider for sport events, movie shoots and other special requirements, locally and afar.
Additionally St. Gabriel Community Ambulance Trust is approved as a Competent Authority to provide First Aid Training and Emergency Arrangements at Enterprises/ Industries by the Ministry of Health and Social Services and registered with Ministry of Labour and Social Welfare.
With many years of practical experience in the emergency sector our First Aid Trainers have accumulated a sound knowledge in the medical field and are therefore the ideal candidates to educate First Aid Life Saving Skills.
Although based in Walvis Bay our lecture’s travel on a regular basis in order to meet our client’s requirements.

Mrs. Teleman’s active involvement with various organizations such as Lions International, the Namibian Diabetic Associations and the Namibian Chamber of Commerce always helps to identify and improve the lives of others. Thus keeping the Ambulance Service involved with additional community projects.
